Terms of Service (Personal Usage)

This TOS is only applicable to commissions regarding personal use.
By commissioning me and being my client, you agree to all
my Terms of Service (TOS).Anything stated below will be followed strictly and I will not hold any responsibilities regarding the agreed terms. Further discussions regarding changes of terms are allowed before the commission is started.Should there be a breach of contract, the breaching party will be liable for any costs ensued.

Main Rules

- DM me on Instagram / fill up the contact form/ email me at [email protected] to reserve a slot.
- All commissions will have a 2 month deadline unless stated otherwise.
- I don’t recommend commissioning me if you require constant updates.
- Final product will be a high-res file of the digital commission.
- Prices may be changed due to complications/extra surcharges.

What I can't do

I will not accept commissions regarding any of the following:
- NSFW Content
- Hyperrealism
- Racism/Pedophilic Content
- Furries
- Any other content I deem unsuitable.

Order & Payment

- Prices can be changed over time.
- If applicant fails to respond to DM/Email within
48 hours their slot will be pushed back.
- 1 minor revision will be allowed.- Payment can be made by Wise Transfer in USD.
- Local Payments (SG) will be made via Paynow with the current conversion rates.
- Do not spam/harass me on discounts regarding the prices.
- The commission will not start before the deposit/full payment.
- Payment deposits allowed with a minimum payment of 50USD.
- Refunds allowed if commission is not started within 1 month or any emergency. Refund will be according to the progress made.

Copyright Policy (Personal Use)

As an artist
- I hold all the rights for the produced artwork.
- I may post/display the commissioned artwork to promote myself.You, as the commissioner
- You may repost the artwork to other sites with proper credit to my page. (Not for profit purposes)
- You may print the art for personal use.
- You may use the art as your profile picture, cover page… as long as no profit is made.
- You are not allowed to modify the final artwork without permission nor take credit for the artwork.
- You may not reproduce the artwork commercially (eg. selling products based not the design) in any way.Kindly contact me if you’d like to get a commercial license.

Clean Sketches

(No Background)
A cleaned up sketch with rough colouring. Great if you're
on a budget or need a rough drawing!

Flat Colours

(Simple Background included)
Lineart and flat colours with minimal shading. A simple background
is also included in the price.

Fully Rendered

(Simple Background included)
A fully rendered piece with a simple background included.

Chibi Style

Will work in a line-less art style that is fully rendered.
